Board Games Warhammer or Warhammer 40,000 are very popular throughout the world and it wasn't so long untill they inspired many computer games. Warhammer: Shadow of the Horned Rat is the story of a mercenary, which is being recruited, along with a few units, to do a different task.A magical stone has been stolen and felt into the hands of a Orc's magician. He wants to use the stone to kill off all non-orcs (humanity) and you are given the task to stop him and save the day. The game is divided into two modes: the first is planning when you have to hire new units, repair the old ones, etc. The second one is battle, going on individual missions and fighting. You can watch the battle from the 3D top-down point of view. The story is gradually told throughout the game, with a fancy animations and in about 26 mission there is the final battle with the orc's shaman riding the green dragon.
