Once again we get to the famous Forgotten Realms world, where many well-known role-playing games take place, but it is also a home world for some strategy games. One of the strategy games in this world is the Blood & Magic - a real-time strategy game based on the licensed rules of Advanced Dungeons & Dragons. You start as one of the ordinary Lords and at the beginning you only have Bloodforg - a mystical device that can draw magic from the air and transform it into artificial beings - basal golem. Golem is always totally committed to his Creator and it is an absolute basis for all units in the game. At the beginning, basal golems are the only thing you have, but they are also the source of your magical energy - mana, that is generated when they're currently not doing anything for you. Mana is needed for almost everything - any activity, creation, rebirth and magic. Gradually you will be able to transform basal golems into higher beings. If you collect enough mana, you can create a new being from golem, like fighter, cleric, druid, gargoyles, etc.
