The sequel to MechWarrior brought a futuristic environment, two clans and in the middle you as a mercenary who can go through 16 missions on each side. Clans offer different war machines, different weapons and a different combat system, so the game resembles a real combat (tank) simulator rather than a straight action. Furthermore, compared to the first part, the possibility of looking from a third person and multiplayer in up to 8 people was added. At the beginning of the mission, you choose a mechwarriora, possible partners, arm yourself and go on short missions to complete some tasks. You will never be on a mission for more than 20-30 minutes. Then it cuts the time limit. But that happened to me once during the whole game. It's all crammed into a small space and quite intense. Companions really listen and help. Fights are tough until you know the right tactics and master the controls. A simple tactic for me. Remove all heats, crash into rocket launchers and as many homing missiles as possible. Armor doesn't matter so much, speed is more important. Everyone will find something for themselves.
