Another of the great flight simulators from the early 90s. As the name of the game: F-15 Strike Eagle III suggests, in the game you control a jet fighter F-15, which really exists under the name McDonnell Douglas F-15E Strike Eagle and was designed in 80s. For its time, Strike Eagle III boasted impressive graphics, although enemy planes are not nearly as detailed as the player's F-15. Special attention was put into the terrain and geography, to the extent that real buildings and geographical sites are visible ingame, such as the Iraqi Presidential Palace in Baghdad. You play as a fighter pilot and are being send to various missions to war conflicts in Iraq (Desert Storm), North Korea and Panama. Maps and landscapes are very well processed and based on real locations, so you can fly over the Presidential Palace in Baghdad, a real European bridges over the rivers, and even see the canal in Panama. In the game you use the radar so you know where your targets are so you can attack them. You can even ask AWAC aircraft to update the radar imagery.
