Microsoft is not only company that issues the operating system and office suite, but since the early 80s it's also focused on the gaming market and since then has come up with many successful games. Monster Truck Madness is the first racing game from Microsft (if we don't count the one included in the MS-DOS). The game focus on forgotten theme in computer games - Monster Trucks and MS took the game very seriously, they have tried to focus on reality, quality graphics and sounds (a real-life Monster Truck Race commentator Army Armstrong will accompany you through the whole game). You can choose from total of 15 different cars and several game modes: Drag (a classic 100m "sprint"), circuit (driving on asphalt circuit), rally (terrain racing), and finally the tournament. The game builds on the original race mode, but the gameplay and car control are not exactly the best and graphics was at the time rather average.
