In the third part of the popular RPG Might and Magic series, the player controls six heroes (including Crag Hack and Sir Caneghem), with whom he again helps the mysterious Corak find and destroy the evil Sheltem, which is hiding somewhere on the vast islands of Terra. Might and Magic III: Isles of Terra is a dungeon crawler with an improved interface compared to the previous part, VGA graphics and extended support for sound cards. The game also contains a novelty in the form of a car map, so the player was no longer forced to draw location maps on squared paper. The Isles of Terra has received numerous awards at the time of release, including the prestigious "Role-Playing Game of the Year" award from Computer Gaming World. The authors converted the game to a wide range of computers and game systems, from the Amiga and Mega-CD to the SNES.
