Lode Runner: The Legend Returns is a remake of the old classic Lode Runner from 1984 (released on PC until 1990). At first glance, these games are very similar, but this remake has many improvements and new features that have revived the whole course. In addition to improved graphics, an overall visual, and a renewed level editor, there are new bombs, paralyzing sprays, or enemy traps that can be used only once. This time the enemies are monsters in red coats, which of course try to catch you and then eat you. The game contains 150 levels divided into 10 worlds (jungle, industrial world, ice world...). Most levels take place during the day, but some also at night. Then the player sees only a small illuminated space around him. The main goal of the game is to collect all the gold and then find the exit. Lode Runner: The Legend Returns is a simple puzzle game that can entertain for hours.
