Many games produced today are based on successful movies, and let's not tell a lies: they are mostly a flop (with few exceptions). Batman Forever is a game that was inspired by the movie with the same name. Even the movie was not worth much and therefore there weren't much expectations from this game. Batman, this time together with Robin, faces another threat. Their new opponents are Two-Face, a former prosecutor whose face was disfigured by acid, and the Riddler. He once worked for Bruce Wayne until he went mad during his scientific research and sided with evil. Will the Dark Knight be able to stop the chaos spreading through Gotham City? The game is a sort of hybrid between arcade action and one-on-one fighting game (in the style of Mortal Kombat). You go through different levels where you encounter enemies with whom you have to fight. To fight them, you have to use punches, kicks and you can also use a different bat-gadgets. To successfully defeat the opponent, you should learn all the keyboard shortcuts and tricks. The game offers several levels of difficulty and modes, including training. The game even includes two kinds of co-op mode; in each of them, two players control one of their heroes and advance together against enemies. In one of these modes, they can also attack each other.
