Once again we meet Carmen Sandiego - a former spy who has reddish-brown hair, but mostly a criminal that you need to capture. This time you will be chasing her around Europe. You become a detective and you walk around the Europe and hunt criminals. This game is designed especially for children and in entertaining way it teaches geographical knowledge about Europe and to track down criminals, you have to link all parts together. The gameplay is very similar to the other games in the franchise. Rand McNally's Concise Atlas of Europe was included, and the game also contained a database of information on flag colors, currencies and languages, the first game in the series to do so.
