Yoot Tower is a sequel to SimTower, and like its predecessor it is about managing a high-rise building - a skyscraper. However, this time with a few changes. On the one hand you can build a classic skyscraper (Tokyo, Japan - 100 floors on the surface, 10 below the surface) but also you have the opportunity to build a hotel in a holiday area in Hawaii (45 floors on the surface, 6 below the surface) and in the tourist area of Kegon Falls in Japan (2 floors on the surface, 32 below the surface). The possibilities and method of managing individual living areas in the built building were also expanded. For example, it is no longer enough to just build a space, determine the rent and set up the elevators correctly. The player must also monitor the amount of noise generated by traffic in the building. As well as securing a place where office workers (and restaurant visitors) can bounce, etc. The aim of the game is to ensure the best possible functioning of the building, and thus get the highest number of stars in the rating. The player receives these for meeting certain conditions, such as population or satisfaction of VIP guests, etc.
