It was founded by David Durčák, Marian Ferko, Maroš Stano and Peter Rjapoš and according to the official website, Cauldron currently has 25 employees. Cauldron is responsible for game Quadrax, Spellcross and also for the creation of the Cloak Engine in 2001 (later renamed to the CloakNT engine). In 2014 Cauldron has been acquired by Bohemia Interactive.
