I completely agree. A lot of classic games had to rely on great gameplay and creative design because of hardware limitations, and that focus is still enjoyable today. Modern games offer incredible graphics and larger worlds, but many retro titles prove that fun mechanics and memorable music can stand the test of time. It's no surprise that so many indie developers still take inspiration from them.
