Immediately after the game starts you are greeted by Mikhail Gorbachev and the panorama of the Kremlin. Do not freak out, this is not some kind of russian propaganda game, it just symbolizes that the game was created in Russia in 1989. Perestroika is one of the legends in the gaming industry (at least in Europe) and even the game concept is really simple, it provides a lot of fun. For those unfamiliar with the game is its very similar to the more famous game - Frogger. You control some sort of small creature (kind of weird frog?) which can jump over water lilies and you have to try to get from the bottom left to the top right of the screen, where the reward awaits you - a coin. But it is not so easy, lilies gradually sinks and the other is revealed, so you have to move quickly and carefully, other way you may end up in the water. The game has very fun sounds and animations.
